Today, a lot of people will mock Christians. They will say we are frauds, phonies, and hypocrites. They will say that Jesus Christ is a failure. They will say that salvation is a myth.
Unless you live in a very deep dark cave in Antarctica, you’ve heard about the controversial stance Target has taken in permitting anyone to use any bathroom they choose. They claim they only want legit transgender people allowed to use whichever bathroom they feel the strongest emotional connection with. However, practically speaking, unless the government starts certifying transgender people (kinda like the the way disabled people are granted handicapped placards, or 21+ folks are hand-stamped at concerts where boos are being sold), Target employees are just going to have to let every Tom, Dick (no pun intended), and Harry into their ladies’ room for fear of being smeared as transphobic or bigoted. Something was definitely on the Little Birdie’s mind. Continue reading “Mommy Sleep vs. Newborn Baby, Poopy Diapers, & An Oral-B Electric Toothbrush”
“Mommy, please hold me,” the newborn said. “I have never been alone, and I don’t like it.”
“Oh darling,” Mommy said, “You’re never alone. Sometimes I have to set you down so I can take care of your big sisters, or make lunch, or take a shower, but Mommy is always nearby.”
“But Mommy,” the tiny baby insisted, “I need to hear your heartbeat. I’ve heard it all my whole life, and now I only hear it when you hold me very close.” Continue reading “A Conversation Between A Newborn & Her Mommy”
